I started the company in 2006 with the goal of providing IT Support for Small Businesses who could not afford or didn’t need a full time IT staff.
When I started Pronto Tech back in 2006 I found that too many IT companies used the complexity of IT issues to overcharge their customers. Instead of properly protecting their customer’s data, they put it at risk by failing to implement the industry’s best IT practices.
Small Businesses working with big IT companies often found themselves waiting forever on the line to get help only to receive a huge bill at the end of the month. The priority wasn’t to help their customers, but to maximize their profit at any cost.
